题识：隆庆庚午三月写于碧湖斋，文嘉。|周荃题后跋：文休承山水常仿赵子昂而一种静穆之韵，令子昂为之亦不过尔尔。可谓善学古人微物得其形似而已，若时手虽费尽心力仅能摹其外貌，何足取哉。此卷气韵工秀，洵是晚年之笔，尤觉可贵，爰书以志伟观。花溪周荃。钤印：「周荃之印」、「静香」|钤印：「文嘉休承」
