款识：琥珀装来赤玉盘。癸亥七月既望三四日，画于扈上西郊献颂声之南牕，海门王个簃年八十有七岁。|钤印：启之（朱）个簃（白） |作者简介：王个簃（1896～1988），名贤，字启之，号个簃，室名霜荼阁、还砚楼，江苏海门人。吴昌硕入室弟子，工诗词书画，善写意花卉，恪守师法，笔墨酣厚，喜以篆籀法、草法写藤本植物。上海美协副主席、西泠印社副社长、上海画院画师。
