款识：|1.甲申（1944年）夏五，仿唐解元笔，似中原道长兄正，吴琴木。钤印：吴桐之印（白） 虚怀斋珍藏书画印（朱） 千秋万世昌（朱）|2.层峦萧寺。丁亥（1827年）秋日仿赵千里本，为苑生二兄先生正，昂之。钤印：昂之（朱） ||作者简介：|1.吴琴木（1894～1953），名桐，以字行，号冷枫居士，江苏吴江人。工山水，以画为业，颇有声誉，又长于仿古，青绿、浅绛兼擅，为海上名家之一。|2.朱昂之（1764～1841后），字青立，又字津里，江苏武进人，侨居苏州。朱文嵘子。染濡家学，青出于蓝，笔意劲峭。善写山水，间写花卉竹石亦清逸。
