识文：养生之道，日出而起，日入而寝，慎饮食，节劳逸，防疾病……岂仅长寿而已哉。|款识：志礼先生两正，若衡鲁荡平撰书。|钤印：鲁荡平印（白）若衡（朱） |作者简介：鲁荡平（1895～1975），字若衡，湖南宁乡人。曾任湖南益阳、湘乡等县县长、天津《民国日报》社长、《中央日报》总编辑、北平民国大学校长、国民党五大中央监委常委等职。后去台湾，创办《湖南文献季刊》，任“国民大会代表”，湖南同乡会理事长。为南社少数渡台社员之一。
