A huanghuali low rectangular table, Kang


17th centuryThe finely-patinated top formed from well-figured sections, above a recessed frieze ornately carved with floral scrolls, all standing on four shaped short legs descending from a symmetrically-scalloped frieze carved with a raised edge. 86cm (33 6/8) wide x 29cm (11 1/2) high x 49cm (19in) deep.
