瓶身四方，形似钫（一种青铜器，方壶）。胎为黄铜，口部有折沿，溜肩，方足。金色的直线将瓶身大致分为三个部分。口颈处中部开窗并绘有瑞兽纹，四周纹饰由夔龙纹、缠枝纹和蝙蝠纹构成。贯耳上为花卉纹。肩部主要以八宝纹为主。腹部纹饰结构与口颈处相同，开窗部分为人物纹，四周亦环绕有夔龙纹、缠枝纹和蝙蝠纹。底部为方形圈足，阳刻“大清乾隆年制”款。纹饰颜色绚丽多彩，青蓝色为底色，点缀有黄色，红色，绿色等颜色。掐丝技艺的运用又增添了富丽高贵之感。
