of rectangular form decorated in gold takamakie enriched with mother of pearl with a spray of peony flowers and foliage on a dark hirami style ground, interior a fine kirikani ground with the underside of the cover enriched as on the exterior with five butterflies and with the signature Korin and seal Hoshuki in gold and brown takamakie
