|那若巴是藏传佛教噶举派开山祖师玛律巴的老师，八十四位大成就者之一。系出身名门，十一岁时前往克什米尔求法。1049年，至那烂陀寺，后被推举为寺主。后游历四方，遇到谛洛巴，授其密法，得大成就。他的著作收在《西藏大藏经》（丹珠尔）中有十四部，其中重要著作有《时轮》、《灌顶略说注释》等书。此尊舒坐于台座上，昂首专注，生动的表现出一位密法修行者的形象。
