刘文，1964年生于四川，1989年毕业于乐山师范学院，2004年结业于广州美术学院油画系研修班，2008年毕业于广州美术学院油画系，获文学硕士学位，深圳大学美术系副教授、硕士研究生导师，中国美术家协会会员，广东省美术家协会会员，广东画院签约画家。《“像花儿一样”系列之一》被中国美术馆收藏。“少女”系列、《红衣少女》被香港亚洲艺术基金会收藏。《清韵》被诚丰美术馆收藏。《像花儿一样·姐妹之三》被深圳报业集团收藏。《轻音》被第三届“风景·风情——全国油画人物作品展”组委会收藏。《姐妹》被广东画院收藏。另有多幅油画作品被中国、新加坡、加拿大、美国等多国收藏家收藏。
