题识：甲午六月，河北秦裕仲文写。|钤印：河北秦裕（白文）梁子河村人（白文） |秦仲文（1896～1974），名裕，河北省遵化县人，近现代中国画家、美术史论家、美术教育家，是著名山水画家，中国美术家协会会员。山水画宗法清初“四王”，上溯元代四家，兼擅墨竹，亦精书法。解放前曾在北平大学艺术学院、京华美术学院、北平国立艺术专科学校任教，编写了中国绘画学史一书。解放后任北京画院画师及院委。
