此衣料未剪裁，石青色底面，居中以妆花工艺织四条金龙，图案对称，呈柿蒂形。其龙形为正龙，膛目圆睁，阔口盆开，龙形雄健，威武凶猛，四周织五彩四合如意云纹。龙身下装饰海水江崖。柿蒂纹起源极早，《酉阳杂俎》记载：“木中根固，柿为最。俗谓之柿盘。”清早期朝服肩部多见此类柿蒂形。此挂账用色华丽，作工极精，质地细密光滑，尺幅巨大，保存完好，非常少见。
