此壶壶身为圆球型，小口、圆腹、弯流耳柄、底足略收。盖内嵌，口沿契合紧密，腹部采用多种雕刻技法，壶嘴、壶把仿葡萄老藤，壶腹及壶盖圆雕数只造型小巧可爱的松鼠，雕工精细，五官毛发皆有体现，葡萄枝叶弯卷灵活，舒爽雅致，趣味横生。施福生（1921-1999 年），宜兴蜀山北厂人。又名馥森。与朱可心、裴石民、王寅春、吴云根、顾景洲等老艺人知交甚厚。他的作品历来有“一两紫砂一两金”的说法。施福生的儿子施小马、女儿施秀春都是当今紫砂界实力派高级工艺师。
