|此件玛瑙质地摆件，以刘海戏金蟾作为雕琢主题。“刘海戏金蟾”为传统玉石摆件雕琢题材，来源于中国道家的民间传说故事。宋代柳永《巫山一段云》有“贪看海蟾狂戏，不道九关齐闭”的诗句。民间视刘海蟾为福神、财神，并流传“刘海戏金蟾，步步钓金钱”之说。|玛瑙灰透，质地细腻莹润。刘海形若童子，五官清晰，身穿长袍，衣袖宽大，裤肥长至脚面，表现出小童顽皮活泼的天性。腋下别把扫把，与金蟾逗趣，三足金蟾口含铜钱，骑在宝葫芦上喜笑颜开。寓意“招财进宝，财源广进”。整器的装饰手法将浮雕与阴刻结合，表面抛光，雕琢精巧，细腻光润，具有典型的清代人物风格。
