|印铜质，官印，橛钮，方形印面，印文阳文篆书“总理亲军营制造机器局关防”十二字，六行竖排，每行两字，右上起读。|满清禁卫军主要分以下几部分：亲军营、护军营、前锋营、骁骑营、步军营、善扑营、火器营和神机营。 而亲军营系满清禁卫军中和皇帝关系最为亲近的禁卫军。在晚清的洋务运动，亲军营的下属机构设有制造局（金陵制造局和江南制造局）和机器局（天津机器局）二局，均为晚清时期军工厂，隶属亲军营。这枚特大铜官印即是总管亲军营、制造局、机器局三个部门的总印，是晚清洋务运动的重要见证物！有着极其重要的历史意义，极珍贵！
