|圆形，圆钮，圆钮座。主纹饰为龙虎环绕镜钮呈对峙状，身躯重叠压于镜钮之下，龙虎下方饰有羽人饲鹿纹，旁边有一禽鸟纹。主纹饰使用高浮雕的技法，棱角分明，犀利雄浑，线条流畅；龙虎体态健硕，毛发鳞片皆精，其首相对均呈嘶吼状。羽人与神鹿刻画写实，构思精巧。主纹饰外环绕一圈铭文带，铭文为“青盖作竟四夷服，多贺国家人民息，胡虏殄灭天下复风雨时节五谷熟，长保二亲得天力，传告后世乐无极。”字体隽秀，笔画清晰。铭文带外一周斜线纹，两周锯齿纹间一周波折纹。
