|祁璐，字至繁。大学毕业。2008年毕业于中国艺术研究院郭怡孮花鸟画高研班。中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员，北京工笔重彩画会会员，北京女美术家联谊会会员。世界收藏联合会书画委员会秘书长。中关村学院客座教授，中关村画院副院长。2016年10月在意大利佛罗伦萨启动了以“觉JUE”为主题的祁璐艺术作品全球巡展，开启了祁璐艺术与国际艺术交流的新篇章。并在佛罗伦萨、东京、新加坡、北京、兰州、兴城、青州、广州、深圳等全球多个城市举办画展。作品曾多次参加全国美展并获奖。多幅作品被国内外美术馆、博物馆、政府机构和私人珍藏。
