|此尊日本江户时期木胎释迦立像肉髻呈缓丘状，髻珠凸显。丰颐腴腮，白毫嵌宝，鼻梁高挺，眼睑微开。体硕肌丰，端庄伟岸。身着通肩式袒胸垂领袈裟，衣纹线条直垂；双手上下结下品来迎印。下饰六层高台莲花须弥座，每层基座均饰有花卉纹饰，中部莲座上莲瓣层层精雕细錾，纹饰繁复华丽，极精工之能事。佛像通身比例舒展匀称，雍容华美，漆金纯厚苍古，是一件难得的造像艺术精品。|参阅：|日本山形县寒河江市慈恩寺药师堂供奉 日本重要文化财。|美国印第安纳波利斯艺术博物馆藏十三世纪木雕彩绘 释迦牟尼立像。
