A Chinese figurine of servant pulling a noblewoman in a cart and dating from the Republic period. Dimensions are: 11 1/2 inches tall X 15 inches wide. A Chinese tin figurine of a man and a woman driving a horse-drawn cart dating from the Republic period. Dimensions are: 4 1/2 inches tall X 9 1/2 inches wide. A wooden puppet from the puppet shows shown at the Chinese Opera dressed in the costume of an emperor. There is 1 character carved on the back of the puppet's neck, and his torso, arms, legs, and head are carved from wood. The puppet's blue ground dragon robe has a Shou collar and ruyi designs with a red belt. Dimensions are: 10 1/4 inches tall X 10 inches wide. All measurements are approximate.
