|说明：黄财神，藏名藏拉色波，是藏传佛教各大教派普遍供养的五姓财神之一，为诸财神之首。修持黄财神法，可消灭六道穷苦，增长福德、寿命、智能，以及一切物质与精神上的受用，财源茂盛，免除贫穷。|此尊黄财神头戴头戴五叶宝冠，宽额方颐，双目炯炯，面相愠怒。耳垂圆环，耳际缯带缠绕双臂，余发披肩。躯体壮实，四肢粗壮有力。右手持摩尼宝，左手持吐宝鼬，意为施予众生财富。袒胸露腹，胸前佩饰项圈璎珞，下着裙裳，臂钏、手镯和脚镯等佩饰秀美规整，尽显工艺。赤足，右脚踩宝瓶法螺，坐姿写意自在。下承覆式莲花座，莲瓣饱满，座缘饰精密的连珠纹，原封底并錾刻交叉十字金刚杵。
