|说明：面具源自吐蕃早期的苯教文化，产生于原始祭祀和图腾崇拜，是宗教仪式衍生出的一种艺术品。此件菩萨面具以沉香粉夹纻工艺制成，包浆厚重，通体髹金漆，传承年代既久，金色斑驳。菩萨开脸方正饱满，为典型的明代汉地风格，其弯眉似弓，眼睑微垂，作俯视状，鼻挺唇厚，嘴角微带笑意，腮颚圆满，大耳垂肩，呈雍容闲静之感。
