Militaria : A carved jet Boer War sweetheart/memorial brooch, of fan shape with central carved image of an army encampment with Union Jack flying above and '1898' below. 2" wide. Together with a c1900 Boer War commemorative ceramic jug, the left side with image of Lieutenant-General Robert Stephenson Smyth Baden-Powell, 1st Baron Baden-Powell, OM, GCMG, GCVO, KCB, DL. 4" tall.
