Militaria: a framed title page (polychrome print) from The Illustrated London News, dated Sept 3, 1898 - 346, entitled 'The Soudan Advance', depicting a mounted cavalryman, signed 'R.C.W. 1898' and 'JCM', detailed under 'The 21st Lancers (late 21st Hussars) in their Soudan Uniform. This regiment is now serving in the Soudan for the first time as the 21st Lancers.' Aperture 11 1/4" x 15"
