Robustly potted, each face of the lower square section painted in vivid 'wucai' enamels with a pair leaping dragons contesting a flaming pearl above crested waves, the upper globular section painted with flying cranes amidst multi-colored clouds with tria-gram roundels below a band of ruyi at the neck, the mid-section and foot encircled by wide lappet bands, the recessed base with a six-character Wanli reign mark within a double circle, 17 inch high.
