Property of a gentleman - a large carved giltwood framed wall mirror, probably French, mid 19th century, profusely carved with 'C'-scrolls, shells, & fruit, the bottom carved with central coronet above a figure on a horse, with faint carved inscriptions to midpoints on either side, the left hand side including the words 'IT IS WRITTEN', some losses, the glass later, 63 by 48ins.
