H: 6.6CM L: 30CM The long-handled censer is often used in Buddhist scriptures. In ancient time, it usually made of cast, forged, or bronze plated in many forms. The incense burner is one of the must-have three kinds of tributes that are censer, vase, candlestick for Mahayana worship, or oftenly carried by Bhikshu. The whole piece is cleverly designed with four sections, 7 inches to one foot long handle, the cup of the censer with flaring concave walls and a lipped rim with inscribed four characters, supported on a short stem and foliate pedestal foot, the interior set with a high conical stud to the center and a teardrop stud to the wall, terminated with a long channeled handle by a pierced ruyi-form fitting.
