清 蜜蠟童子拜觀音擺件 Carved in the form of a boy praying to a female immortal holding a peach, all supported on wood stand. Qing Dynasty period. 此件童子拜觀音立像以蜜蠟雕制而成，呈雞油黃色，質精美，色溫潤。觀音呈站姿立於台座左邊，面部飽滿慈祥，衣冠服飾隨風飄動，仙氣四溢，神態安詳，和藹可親。此童子雙手合十立於其右側，拱手對觀音作揖，活潑生動，惹人憐愛。蜜蠟是琥珀的一種，因其“色如蜜，光如蠟”而得名。自古就被視為是珍貴的寶物。天然蜜蠟罕見大料，此雕件不但用料大，而且質地色澤俱佳，古樸雅緻，雕工精湛，彌足珍貴。
