He was up with us in Rhodesia but cannot stand the climate, and always gets fever. He knows telegraphy well and writes a good hand. You might know of something or else Eckstein. I seldom bother with anyone of mine but he cannot go back to our country on account of health, and wants to remain in Transvaal where he has been fighting."
