款识：“康熙年制”四字双行楷书款 说明 康熙一朝大兴文治，崇尚儒学，重兴礼教，打破满汉隔离，故此时景德镇无论官窑民窑，均有烧造大批文房器物，笔筒即是一大宗。该笔筒束腰式，造型富含张力。通体青花绘人物故事图。青花发色爽利，具有鲜明时代特征。此类康熙笔筒落款本朝款的极为少见，多数以成化、嘉靖等仿前朝款居多。故，可断定落款本朝即为康熙官造。
