|圆形，圆钮，四叶纹钮座，钮座外是双线凹面四方界隔，界隔内四花叶之间点缀变形草叶纹饰，主纹饰区共分两块，以单圈铭文将博局纹，神兽纹相隔成内外两圈纹饰带，此类排列方式极为少见。|内部为博局纹间隔火纹，与双凸线纹相抵，线纹之间为铭文带，上书“上大山，见神人，宜官秩兮保子孙兮，食玉英，饮沣泉，驾交龙，乘浮云”。字体苍劲有力，以四凹面乳钉相隔排列。|外圈为博局纹作八分格局，每格内作变形神兽纹饰，有青龙白虎，朱雀瑞兽等等，素宽缘。|此镜整体黑漆古，品相完好，版模一流，纹饰难得一见。
