|圆钮，柿楴形钮座，钮座外为双线方框，主纹饰为八乳钉内带青龙、白虎、朱雀、玄武、青羊、等纹饰，加以“TLV”纹（既博局纹）。外圈有铭文一周：“尚方作镜真大好，上有仙人不知老，渴饮玉泉饥食枣，浮游天下遨四海”，外圈为锯齿纹和云气纹。|此镜黑漆古，纹饰细腻，铭文苍劲有力，头版头模，品相精美。
