|线装二册 纸本|提要：秦更年（1885—1956.11.23），字曼青、号婴訚，江苏扬州人，居清白流芳旁。清末民国间诗人、学者、藏书家、出版编辑家、书画家。在扬州曾参加冶春后社。中年寓居湖南长沙，得从叶奂彬游，遂精版本目录学。晚年居于上海，曾在金融界供职多年，与张元济、陈叔通、王秋湄、傅雷、陈乃乾等人友善，“性嗜书，兼喜文翰，册尾书头，朱墨狼藉”。
