Extremely fine, hand painted. Exhibited in 1827 at Salon de Paris.An extremely fine Sevres porcelain vase with heavy bronze base and lid. Cobalt ground with detailed gold Rococo decorations. A picturesque view of a castle and a lush forest path. Separate, a layered fancy parasol-shaped lamp shade with detailed floral lace overlay. The shade is detailed with soft white braid. Restoration and 2" hairline cracks to base, some damage to shade. Intricate gilt decorations by the artist, Mme. Marie Zelie Guillot (b. 1807), a Paris miniaturist painter.
