圆形，三弦钮，两周圈带之间，主体纹饰为三龙纹，采用减地法平雕工艺制作，勾连交错环绕，龙头居中，引颈昂首，张口露齿，前肢上扬。身躯刻画“C”形装饰。地纹为云雷纹。素卷缘，此镜虽然具有图案化龙纹的特色，但身躯各部位已经比较明确，神态狰狞诡异，气韵灵动，珍贵难得。
