圆形，鎏金，圆钮，连珠纹钮座。内区纹饰为四组神人与神兽相间环绕，重列式布局，其中主神正襟危坐，身边侍立仆从及神兽。四神兽头部突出，浮雕而成，四枚乳丁配饰在神兽旁分列四个方向。其中有一主神纹饰座下有瑞兽支撑座托。四组图案分别描述，伯牙弹琴、东王公、西王母、皇帝。且西王母面前有玉兔捣药纹饰，较为特殊。纹饰内容极其丰富，外区为半圆方枚相间环绕，每一方枚上有四字铭文大致为“吾作明镜，幽练三商，配象万疆，统德序道，众神见容，雕刻无亟，白牙奏乐，众华主阳，增年益寿，子孙番昌，位至公卿，其师命长等“吾作”系列铭文。铭文字体隽秀，主纹饰外环绕一周锯齿纹。镜缘处内圈饰神人驾龙车、乘鸾鸟、腾云驾雾出巡图。外圈环绕连续缠枝花卉纹饰。铜镜纹饰极其精美，通体鎏金，金色饱满，殊为难得，品相上佳。
