圆形，圆钮，无钮座。素缘。镜背左侧沿镜缘处伸出一片竹林顺风吹至镜背上方，空中两只水鸟（或称鸬鹚）飞向右方。竹边岩石之上一贵妇席地而坐于毛毡之上，其后一童子侍立。隔潭水高岩之上瀑布叠流。竹林与芦苇皆向空中吹，非为风向不同，是为了构图需要而进行的设计。此镜形象完整，颇具诗意，给人一种空灵淡远，清丽野逸的艺术氛围，使人观之顿觉清爽宁静，淡远飘逸，从而使人获得心灵的冲击和精神的享受。
