说明 民国账本 二册 提要：徐永祚（1891-1959年），又名玉书，海宁金石墩（今属祝场乡）人。曾任上海《银行周报》编辑、主编，银行公会书记长和上海证券物品交易所会计科长。经济知识渊博，会计业务精通。1923年，开始执行会计师业务，在上海设立徐永祚会计师事务所（后改名昌明会计事务所，解放前中国的四大会计师事务所之一），并举办会计培训班，普及新式簿记知识。当时，尚流行中式簿记，徐永祚先生编着《改良中式簿记》一书，出版后颇受工商企业欢迎，纷纷采用。
