A pair of square sided, wide shouldered, flared mouth, Chinese, famille rose, porcelain vases with Foo-dog head lug handles at either side painted with matching/ mirror images of: peacocks & plum blossoms, influential figures gathered in a garden, and phoenixes amidst peonies, with similar, smaller painted scenes upon the neck divided by recurring green and yellow patterned bands above the shoulder, beneath the rim, and around the base.
