A blue & white, Chinese, porcelain plate from the Kangxi Period. The central medallion decorated with floral spray surrounded by a band of small grooved petal shaped panels, each decorated with a single flower, with a further band of floral spray above, & repeated along the outer wall. A gently scalloped rim accentuates the petal shaped grooves lower down. A botanical design is seen on the underside, within concentric blue rings. D. 8 1/8in.(20.5cm) Condition: in good condition , a small nick & several flea-bite chips can be found on the foot. All visible areas appear to be free of any damage.
