A carved bamboo tea canister with 10 decorative bands around the outer wall & 5 on the surface of the lid displaying both: textured patterns and networks of leaves and branches. The interior of the vessel is capped in a polished silver. The underside shows chrysanthemum-like concentric circles. H. 4 in.(10cm) Condition: in good condition with only one small crack evident on the lip of the lid, expected tarnishing of the internal silver.
