A Chinese, porcelain dish with scalloped rim and fluted outer wall painted in the central medallion with two figures on horseback pursuing a rabbit with bow and arrow ready and small dog running beside them. The lip of the plate is painted with an unusually open floral scroll incorporating ruyi heads. The outer wall has a repeating spray of a standing flower and leaves repeated within each of the fluted lobes. The underside shows six blue characters within concentric rings. D: 7 3/4" (19.7cm) Condition: In overall good condition with tiny flea-bite chips to the rim, a small crack on the underside (likely from the time of manufacture).
