此件百鹿尊胎体厚重，造型端庄，肩部附螭龙耳，通体以青花绘山水百鹿图。山林间，清泉潺潺，沟壑纵横，梅花鹿散游其间，或于泉边饮水，或觅食，或嬉戏；有的老幼相依，有的小憩，一派勃勃生机。绘画形象生动、自然、逼真。鹿与“禄”谐音，百禄形容俸禄丰厚，因此这是一幅祝颂加官进禄的吉祥图，保存完好，十分难得。
