叶恭绰(1881-1968)，字裕甫(玉甫、玉虎、玉父)，又字誉虎，号遐庵，晚年别署矩园，室名"宣室"。祖籍浙江余姚，生于广东番禺书香门第，祖父叶衍兰(兰台)金石、书、画均闻名于时。父叶佩含诗、书、文俱佳。书画家、收藏家、政治活动家。交通系成员之一。早年毕业于京师大学堂仕学馆;后留学日本，加入孙中山领导的同盟会。曾任北洋政府交通总长、孙中山广州国民政府财政部长、南京国民政府铁道部长。1927年出任北京大学国学馆馆长。中华人民共和国建国后，曾任中央文史馆副馆长，第二届中国政协常委。
