Very Large Native Silver


Zinkgruvan Mine (Åmmeberg Mines), Zinkgruvan, Askersund, Örebro County, Sweden Mined in the 1970s, this is probably one of the largest silver specimen originating from a private collection from this mine. Weighing approximately 494 grams. Width 9 1/2 in (240mm)

A well known lecturer for the past 32 years, he has published over 50 mineralogical papers in professional journals and written a dozen chapters in books.
