Pale celadon vase from Korea, circa 1960s. The vase has intentional craquelure and is incised with bamboo leaves on the body. It has two fish form handles on either side of its straight neck. Dimensions are: 12 1/2 inches tall X 5 1/8 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Free of cracks, chips, or repairs. Provenance: From the estate of Robert and Virginia Brewster. Mr. Brewster was with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and he and his family resided in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia. and Korea. Acquisitions were made from 1957 to 1980 throughout Asia.
