Hikosaburo likely refers to the famous 19th century Kabuki actor, Bando Hikosaburo V. Dimensions are: a) sight size - 10 inches wide X 15 inches high; b) sight size - 7 1/4 inches wide X 20 inches high; c) sight size - 8 1/2 inches wide X 13 inches high.
