(11) French Limoges Porcelain Oyster & Fish Plates: a) (6) Haviland porcelain plates with gilt scalloped border and central, hand-painted motif of fish among sea flora. All plates are signed S. Lloyd, dates between 1911-1912. Underside has "Haviland France" mark, some also have a handwritten "1912" date; b) (5) (Charles Field Haviland/Gerard, Dufraisseix Morel) Limoges oyster plates with floral decoration. Gilded edging. Most plates have maker's marks on underside, one circular with "CH Field u Haviland Limoges" and a linear mark with "CFH/GDM." Dimensions are: a) 9 inches diameter; b) 8 7/8 inches in diameter. All measurements are approximate. Condition: In various states of condition - wear to gilt borders in particular, but free of chips, cracks, and restoration.
