Rising from a slightly flared foot to high rounded shoulders, surmounted by a waisted neck and rounded mouth rim, entirely covered by a deep and intense turquoise glaze, pooling neatly above the foot ring and base of the neck. 此瓶唇口,短颈,丰肩,敛腹,瓶体修长,线条优美婉约,造型别致柔丽, 体态轻巧,隽逸俊秀。梅瓶为北宋创烧的一种瓶式,因口小仅容梅枝而得 名。孔雀蓝釉是以氧化铜为呈色剂的氧化焰中温釉,发色翠碧鲜亮、华美 冷艳,因类似孔雀羽毛而得名,在众多单色釉中显得十分独特。孔雀蓝或 于白釉器上二次挂釉烧制,或在素坯上直接烧制。多为不同规格的大盘类, 梅瓶较为少见。参阅:《故宫博物院藏—清代御窑瓷器卷一(下册)》页 348,图 160。 “台北故宫博物院”藏乾隆孔雀蓝釉梅瓶
