The slightly tapering cylindrical body rising from a short spreading foot to an angled shoulder and a ribbed waisted neck with everted straight rim, around the exterior with a continuous scene of the crane and deer pattern means who never age. 棒槌瓶腹部平缓甚适展示瓷画之美，故时人常见以青花、五彩等于其上作画，以单色釉浮雕成图则极为罕见，从釉色特点与刻花风格来看，应是康 熙窑刻意仿造永乐甜白之作，质量极佳。白釉看似简单，但对成型与胎釉质量要求极高。瓶尺寸适中，造型规整。一只仙鹤飞翔在云间，小鹿在山 间追逐嬉戏，绘画生动逼真，充满情趣，寓意“鹤鹿同春”。
