铜口类蒜头式，长颈，折肩，弧腹，圈足。器形张弛有度，造型别致，具有雍正时期的特点，外壁錾刻，继承明晚期铜器纹饰特点，整器分为五个装饰带，口沿处一周回字纹、颈部錾刻出松鼠葡萄纹，肩膀饰波浪纹一周及如意云头纹一周，腹部纹饰为缠枝西番莲纹并蝴蝶纹饰。纹饰錾刻精湛，枝蔓婉转流畅，纤细华美之风显现，松鼠葡萄纹是明代常见纹饰，多在瓷器、铜器、玉器中出现，常见宫廷器皿，本品为典型的继承明代铜器纹饰，又融入清雍正乾隆时期的西洋洛可可的华丽之感，清代宫廷皇家气息浓郁，器物为「小器大作」，精致而不乏沉稳静穆之感，乃清代皇家铜器精品。
