▲沈叔羊，沈钧儒之子。擅长中国画、美术理论。中国民主同盟盟员，中国美术家协会会员，中央美术学院教授。早年肄业于天津南开中学。1930年毕业于上海美术专门学校西洋画系，在校时曾从著名画家赵叔孺学习中国画。沈叔羊早年研习中西绘画，在中国画方面，于人物、山水、花鸟均颇擅长。毛泽东在延安时的会客室中曾挂有沈叔羊的画。其绘画艺术曾获得郭沫若、徐悲鸿、沙千里、傅抱石等人的赞誉。对国画理论也深有研究，曾在中央美术学院开画论课。
